Do vouchers expire?

Yes, all exam vouchers come with an expiry date, and it’s essential to take the exam on or before that date. Please note that the expiry dates specified on vouchers cannot be altered or extended. We highly recommend checking the expiry date before purchasing the voucher, as once purchased, vouchers cannot be refunded under any circumstance.

When is a voucher issued to a person?

After making the payment for a voucher, a unique code will be sent to your registered email address. At this point, the voucher is not assigned to any specific individual and can be used by anyone. However, once you apply the voucher code on Pearson’s test booking site, it will be issued to the person who is using the code for exam registration.

How soon can I expect my exam vouchers?

Upon purchasing a voucher from us, we will process your order promptly, typically within 24 hours or less. During regular business hours, vouchers are often sent to you within minutes of ordering, accompanied by an email confirming receipt of your order.

Can I use a voucher for more than one exam?

No, a voucher can only be used to take one exam at a time. Additionally, it cannot be used to cover retakes if you do not pass the exam on the first attempt.

How do I cancel or reschedule my exam?

To cancel or reschedule your exam, please follow these steps on Pearson’s official website:

1. Log in to your account and navigate to the upcoming appointment section.
2. Click on the ‘Schedule exam’ option.
3. You will then see the options to ‘Reschedule’ or ‘Cancel’ the exam.
4. If you choose ‘Reschedule’, you will be prompted to set new dates.
5. If you choose ‘Cancel’ exam option, you will be directed to the cancel appointment page.
